Bob's places

A lot of stuff removed from these two old houses.

former properties of a friend who had many toys and lots of enjoyment that passed away last year.  We were wondering what happened to the properties, so today we went by and got some photos.

One of the corner houses has the unique attribute of being blocked and blurred on Google Street View which takes a lot of suck to pull off.

Originally whoever lives there (won't pass rumors here) had gotten Google to put in an actual gap in coverage which blocked out his house and 2 houses either side of his.  That excluded my friend's house.

Now the street is present but his house is completely obscured by the kind of blur Google puts over faces, and identifying marks and the like.

Spectracom 8161 WWV receiver and reference oscillator

This is pretty cool.  This has a WWV receiver built in, and a disciplined oscillator.  There is also a phase comparator which also has a display printer.

Beats the input to the reference, and shows the phase difference graphically on a chart.

Inside views as well as the outside.
