DEC BA11 cage and chassis, and H780 PS with 11/03 control switches

I received a power supply / panel module for an 11/03 today, and also a chassis with just an expansion panel on it.  By mixing the two and being lucky enough for the panel to work, hopefully I get a working chassis out of it.

Also have a backplane which could make a test system with one of the power supplies and some switches to replace the panel.
